New contract: The Louise

In Brussels city centre, along the prestigious Avenue Louise, the German Patrizia real estate investment company commissioned CIT Blaton to carry out the full renovation of the 40,000 m² Louise Tower, which rises to 90 metres on 24 floors. The works include the renovation of facades and technical installations as well as the refitting of the office spaces. Thermal comfort, the building's energy consumption, well-being and the circular economy are important focus points of the project. Building materials to be replaced or removed will be recycled and reused, thus minimising construction waste. The tower is a listed heritage building because of its singular architecture. The purpose of the tower's renovation is to bring it up to new standards of comfort and energy efficiency while respecting the original architecture. The project is designed based on excellent BREEAM standards, with an emphasis on sustainability and low impact construction techniques.
