Conversion of offices into rest home

Conversion of this office building into a rest home containing 150 fully equipped rooms (bathroom, data connections) and services such as kitchen, restaurant, sitting rooms, sickbays, etc. The project was complex due to a very short initial deadline, basic study changed by many upgrades, an as-built situation not known in full (100%). In the end, the first occupants were able to move in “their place” on schedule and enjoy very comfortable facilities.
