Cofinimmo decided to build a rest home of 162 beds in 148 rooms. The project also required a new access road. Following a restricted invitation to tender, CIT Blaton was selected to set up a “Bouwteam” with the firm Francis Crombez Development, chosen by the client to assist and represent it. The rest and nursing home comprises an underground level (1,602 m²), ground floor (1,383 m²) with terrace (586 m²), six storeys (total surface area: 7,344 m²) and a green roof (1,286 m²).
