The whole former Leopold barracks in Ghent are being converted into a mixed-use urban complex (provincial offices, housing, etc.). One of the wings will house a new 108-room hotel. The contract covers demolition and structural works, waterproofing the roof, frames, bathroom facilities, lifts, electricity, HVAC and finishing.
