Construction of an office building

Towering at a height of 80 m, the New Lighthouse of the North is an assembly of 3 slats, the highest of which comprises 22 storeys. The building also has 3 underground levels. Its reception hall occupies the entire width of the building and provides 850 m² of floor space for entertainment, such as a cafeteria, exhibition and reception rooms, all accessible to the general public. The location of the Zenith tower is particularly strategic in the North District, but also in Brussels, since it can be seen from the Place De Brouckère.
